Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and confirmation

All bookings are made directly with Hughes Caravan Breaks. A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it and any deposit requested has been received. The amount of the deposit and the date the balance is due will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

2. Payment

The remaining balance must be paid by the date agreed when you book. If the balance is not received by the due date we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and re-let the caravan.

3. Cancellation by you

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds of any balance paid depend on how much notice is given and whether we are able to re-let the caravan for the same dates. We strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance.

4. Cancellation by us

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, for example because the caravan or park becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative caravan or date where possible or a full refund of all monies paid to us.

5. Arrival and departure

Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed with your booking. Please keep to these times so that the caravan can be prepared for the next guests.

6. Occupancy

Only the people named on the booking may stay in the caravan and the number of guests must not exceed the caravan's stated berth. The person making the booking must be aged 18 or over and is responsible for the whole party.

7. Care of the caravan

Please treat the caravan as you would your own home and leave it clean and tidy when you depart. You are responsible for any loss, breakage or damage caused during your stay and we may charge for repairs, replacements or additional cleaning where necessary.

8. Smoking and pets

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the caravans. Pets are only allowed where this is shown for the individual caravan and must be agreed with us at the time of booking.

9. Park rules

Each caravan sits on a holiday park run by a separate park operator. Guests must follow the park's own rules, including those covering noise, vehicles, entertainment venues and use of facilities. Park facilities, opening times and entertainment are managed by the park and may change without notice.

10. Behaviour

We reserve the right to end a stay without refund where the behaviour of any member of the party is likely to cause danger, damage, distress or annoyance to other guests, park staff or property.

11. Liability

Hughes Caravan Breaks is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings or vehicles, or for events outside our control such as severe weather, utility failures or changes made by the park operator. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Your information

Details you give us are used only to manage your enquiry and booking and are never sold or shared for marketing.
